Virginia L. (Ginger) Brady
Ginger Brady joined Property Law Firm as an associate in 2008. Ginger's current practice focuses in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and business law with litigation in all three areas. Prior to joining Property Law Firm, Ginger worked in the trust/wealth management departments for a number of financial institutions. For over half of her practice, Ginger worked for a Wealth Management Department overseeing all of the administration for estates and trusts. She has worked with high net worth individuals in both the real estate and estate planning arenas. During law school, she clerked in the United States Senate, with Senator Robert J. Kerrey, working on campaign finance, social security and tort reform bills. During law school, she received the CALI Awards for both Advanced Trial Litigation and Advanced Bankruptcy, and served as the Lt. Governor for the 8th Circuit of the ABA/LSD. She is still actively involved in charitable endeavors, serving as the President of the Parent/Teacher Organization for Prince of Peace Catholic School and as Board Member/VP Development for Solace House for five years.
